It literally pisses me off, whenever I go to service or troubleshoot an electrical issue in someone’s newly bought home. There’s something about the thought of a large purchase/ investment going up in flames, that burns me up right along with it! After months of searching for a home, doing research on neighborhood crime, activities, schools and conveniences. The thought of an end all be all falls by the waste side when I discover that there’s thousands of dollars worth of work that needs to be done. Just to put things into perspective, an electrical issue can result in death by electrocution or a house fire. Even if you and your loved ones make it out safely, and the insurance policy pays out, you’re still displaced from your home and out of a lifelong investment. Basically you should never make this type of investment without having a Certified Electrician inspect the homes wiring and circuitry, from exterior to interior. Do not rely on the inspector appointed to do your due diligence. Their inspection meets the criteria for the sale of a home, meanwhile you’re not selling, you’re buying to inhabit. Hundreds of thousands of dollars later, should dictate that there are no immediate necessities that should result in thousands of dollars out of pocket expenses, unless you desire upgrades. Utilities are a huge necessity, and we rely on their safe and practical operations in day to day life. In my personal opinion, it should be illegal for a home or property to be sold without practical safeguards, even if that means that the home needs to be rewired prior to sale. This is solely a safety concern, and it is past time that these things change.

I began my career in electricity in 2005 when I roped my first house alone ,just off of basic instruction. It was then that I knew exactly what I wanted to do professionally. Shortly after I enrolled myself into Orleans Technical Institute in Philadelphia , where I studied Ohms Law , electrical theory just to name a few. I began my apprenticeship working under Master Electricians Allan Carroll and Willis Harrison of A/C Services in Philadelphia. I spent years under they're supervision running circuitry for residential and commercial properties in and around the Philadelphia , Pennsylvania. My thirst for knowledge and understanding is what continues to drive me to this day. I've successfully acquired my Master Electricians License ,and have legitimized my status within the industry. I've been privileged to work all around the country and yet I am but a student of life because, there's so much more to learn. My purpose for this blog site is to help usher the advancement of future electricians because it's pretty tuff when you're just starting out , and there isn't many available avenues that offer a solid education or decent information. It is my mission to display valuable information for higher learning , trade secrets and our industries cutting edge tools. View more posts
